The short version. When you fill out a form, text us, or book your free first lesson, we collect the contact details you hand us so we can reach you about training. We use HighLevel to manage those messages and our student records. We never sell your information. If you opt in to text messages, you can reply STOP at any time. Questions about your information? Dynamic Martial Arts ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at dynamicjiujitsu.com, along with the forms, landing pages, and SMS messaging program connected to it. The academy is operated by Dynamic Martial Arts Center in Wichita Falls, Texas. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the rights you have under Texas law and federal regulations.

By using our website or submitting any form, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information.

A. Information you provide directly

  • Child's name and age (when enrolling a minor)
  • Program of interest
  • Any message or comments you submit

2. How We Collect It

We collect information directly from you when you fill out a form on our website, call or text our business line, visit the academy in person, or interact with our SMS messaging program. We also collect limited technical information automatically through your browser when you visit the site.

  • Communicate with you about your training, class schedule, and account
  • Send transactional text messages (trial bookings, schedule updates, account reminders) if you opt in

  • Process your enrollment and payment if you become a member
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal information only with vendors who help us run the academy, and only as much as they need to do their work for us:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector) is our customer relationship platform. It powers our website forms, stores our student and lead records, and sends the text and email messages we exchange with you. See HighLevel's privacy policy at https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
  • Our payment processor handles card and billing details if you enroll, under its own security and privacy terms. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Our analytics provider, when enabled, measures aggregate, non-identifying site usage.

We require these providers to protect your information and to use it only for the services they provide to us. We also disclose information to law enforcement when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. SMS Messaging Program

Our SMS messaging program lets you receive text messages from Dynamic Martial Arts. Joining is voluntary and requires a separate checkbox opt-in for each type of message on our website forms. We never use pre-checked boxes, and consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of enrolling or buying anything.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data is not shared with anyone.

Beyond the service providers named in Section 4, we share personal information only when required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our students, staff, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Opt out of our SMS messaging program at any time by replying STOP
  • Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format

8. California Residents

Dynamic Martial Arts Center operates in Texas and serves the Wichita Falls area. We do not target California residents. If you are a California resident, the rights described in Section 7 are available to you, and we honor verifiable CCPA and CPRA requests on the same basis. 9. Children's Privacy

Our programs serve children with parental consent. A parent or legal guardian creates and manages the account on behalf of any minor. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it:

  • Active students: for as long as you train with us and your account is open.
  • Inquiries that do not enroll: up to two years after your last contact, so we can follow up.
  • Billing and financial records: up to seven years, as required by tax and accounting rules.
  • SMS consent records: for as long as you are subscribed, plus a reasonable period after you opt out so we can honor your STOP request.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

11. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
