What Students Gain

What Teen and Adult Jiu-Jitsu delivers.

Real Self-Defense You Can Use

Jiu-Jitsu is the most studied martial art on the ground. Students learn how to control distance, escape worse positions, and end a confrontation without striking.

Strength and Flexibility By Default

Jiu-Jitsu builds the kind of full-body strength and joint mobility adults actually need. The conditioning shows up in everything else you do.

A Community That Welcomes Every Body

Every body type, every age inside the cohort, every starting point. The room is one of the most welcoming in the region. Students travel in from Lawton for the same reason.

Before You Sign Up

Common questions about Teen and Adult Jiu-Jitsu in Wichita Falls, TX.

Can adult beginners start Jiu-Jitsu here?

Yes. Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most beginner-friendly martial arts for adults. Most of our students started with zero prior experience. Instructors meet you exactly where you are.

I am older or out of shape. Can I do this?

Yes. Our adult students cover a wide range of ages and fitness levels. Conditioning improves as a result of consistent training. Technique and leverage decide outcomes, not size and strength.

Do I have to roll on day one?

No. Live rolling is introduced progressively when you and the instructor agree you are ready. Many adults spend their first few weeks on technique and drilling before they ever roll.

What is the Carlos Machado lineage?

Carlos Machado is an 8th-degree coral belt and the godfather of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Texas. He has been headquartered in Dallas for over 30 years. Roger Perez earned his Black Belt under Carlos Machado and helps guide the global CMJJ Association.
