Inside The Curriculum

Real Striking for Kids 7 to 12

Kids Kickboxing at Dynamic Martial Arts runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Classes are built around clean technique, footwork, and defense, taught with the same discipline as the Jiu-Jitsu room.

Conditioning happens on its own when the work is real. Kids leave class tired, focused, and proud of what they earned. No belt chasing, no participation trophies.

What Students Gain

What Kids Kickboxing delivers.

Real Workout, Real Skill

Pad work, footwork drills, and clean combinations. Kids get fit while learning practical striking, not while staring at a screen.

Composure Under Pressure

Striking practice teaches kids how to keep their head when they are tired or pressed. That composure shows up at school too.

No Sparring Until Ready

Sparring is never assumed. It is earned, slowly, with instructor approval and a partner who can match the cohort. Most class time is technique and drilling.

How We Build Kids

Built around how kids actually develop.

Every kids program keys in on the four stages of childhood development: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Social. We call it PIES. It is how we structure classes, design drills, and build the relationships that turn a shy four-year-old into a confident kid who walks into school with a quiet sense of who they are.

  • P Physical

Coordination, strength, control of the body.

  • I Intellectual

Focus, problem-solving, learning how to learn.

  • E Emotional

    Confidence, self-regulation, handling setbacks.

  • S Social

    Respect, teamwork, friendship across ages.

Before You Sign Up

Common questions about Kids Kickboxing in Wichita Falls, TX.

Will my child be sparring in Kids Kickboxing?

Not on day one, and not without instructor approval. Sparring is introduced only when a student has the technique, control, and partner to handle it safely. Most class time is technique and pad work.

Is kickboxing going to make my kid more aggressive?

No. Real martial arts training has the opposite effect. Kids build composure, not aggression. They learn to control their reactions, not amplify them.

Can my child train both Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu?

Yes. Many of our kids train both. The two programs complement each other and the weekly schedule is built to allow it.

What does the free week include?
